    Why should you join the Weigh Me Family?

    We all have our own personal reasons in why we want to lose weight, and for the most of us this process is hard work!

    ​

    Personally I really struggled with keeping my weight under control, I tried multiple programmes to help me and nothing was working. I was starting to lose my confidence, and hated how I was starting to look.

    ​

    When I started this programme, It took 2 weeks before people started noticing the weight loss, and within 33 days I had lost 9.5kg, I was amazed with the results, and if you stick to the Weigh Me programme you will be too.

    I love my new body, I'm not perfect but my goodness I am now 11kg down with only doing one round of the programme, with no exercise.

    My biggest issue now is having to buy a new wardrobe!

     

    I have put together a easy to follow food list, with straight forward instructions to try and make this plan as simple as possible for you to follow. Once you have purchased the programme you can request an invite to our private facebook members support page which will give you access to other members in the same situation as you. We post recipes in the files to help give you meal ideas. Its important that even though the variety of foods has been reduced while on Phase 2 and 3, that you are still having flavorsome meals.

    If you are wanting text support, we can offer that...I find its really good having someone check in, it keeps you accountable which I feel some of us need, also makes you feel like your not alone on this journey.

    You don't need to eat like a sparrow on this programme, you have a large vegetable offering to accompany your protein. What I love the most is that there is no shakes, your eating real food and as a mother it is important to me that my kids see healthy eating, rather than someone trying to diet by having liquid meals.

    A BASIC RUNDOWN ON WEIGH ME

    ​

    Weigh Me is a specific calorie controlled diet required to accompany the formulas created. These formulas are based on the principles of the adipose release and fat burning.

    There are 3 stages to this programme

    1st phase- your loading days - This takes 2-3 days

    2nd Phase - This is restricted calories with 1-2 soft gel caps or drops a day depending on the programme you choose. 

    3rd phase - Is the Maintenance phase, you start bringing in a larger range of foods.
