Welcome to Weigh Me!

Hey,  My name is Bobbie, and I started Weigh Me to help other New Zealanders like me who have struggled with their weight.

My goal is to help you get to your optimum size.

 

I am there for you with text support, emails and phone calls, so you don't feel alone trying to hit your goals. Most of us need someone to keep them on track, answer questions, get meal ideas from and that's what I'm there for.

I have set up a private facebook group where I post recipes continuously, and where members can support each other!

This program really does show you results in such a short time, and it is maintainable.

I am 48 year woman, approximately 1.6m tall and I weighed 64kg. (I now weigh 56kg).

When I started Weighme last year I wanted to only loose 5kg - I wanted to get rid of the “spongy” feeling that I have begun to feel in my older years. I did phase 2 for 21 days and phase3 for the same period and I ended up losing 8.8kg, and have been maintaining an 8kg loss for 8 months now.  I have continued following the phase 3 philosophy during the week, since losing the weight however on the weekend, I am a little less strict.  I have gone down in dress size from a bordering on size 12 trousers to a size 8 or 9 (depending on cut). I am now the weight and shape I was in my 20’s J

To be honest, I was reluctant to use a “weighless” kind of programme but when I saw Bobbie’s before and after photos, I was amazed at her weight loss, and wanted to give it a go too.

The Weighme diet, is very restrictive in its food range, but I enjoyed the challenge of creating new and tasty meals with what I was allowed. It is amazing what you can create.  It certainly made me think outside the square at meal preparation time.  It also made me drink 3 litres of water a day, which is something I never did in the past.  As a pescartarian, my food range was already limited, but I made it work for me, and I still lost weight in places I never thought possible.

I found Bobbie at Weighme to be very proactive in her encouragement, giving me and everyone support via text and the facebook forum not to mention the creative healthy food ideas, she posts.  I highly recommend using weighme, if you want to feel like you are 20 again, I suggest you give it a go.
